Sprinkle one side of salmon steak with a mixture of pinch of salt, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest and fresh chopped dill and dot with thinly sliced lemon wheels, then grill them on cedar planks at low heat. Check for doneness. As simple as this, but this is one of the best ways to eat salmon. A big thumb up!
